1. Scope of Services
6S Consulting (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”) provides consulting, managed services, and related professional services (“Services”) to clients and website visitors (“Client” or “you”) as described in proposals, Statements of Work, or on this website.
2. Fees and Billing

Managed Services are billed in advance according to the rates in the applicable agreement or proposal.

Block Time / Pre-Paid Hours are billed in full at the time of purchase.

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Managed Services require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Services continue through the notice period, and any unpaid balances remain due.

Block Time purchases are non-cancellable once purchased, except as required by law.
4. Refund Policy

Managed Services fees are non-refundable once billed. No credits or refunds are issued for partial months or unused services within a billing period.

Block Time is non-refundable but remains valid until all purchased hours are consumed. Unused hours may be applied to any qualifying service until depleted.
5. Scheduling and Use of Services
Block Time and other services are scheduled by mutual agreement. Hours may be applied in increments as specified in the agreement or proposal.
6. Limitation of Liability
Provider will exercise reasonable care in delivering Services. In no event shall Provider be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, processes, tools, and methodologies provided by Provider remain the intellectual property of 6S Consulting unless explicitly transferred in writing.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any signed proposals or Statements of Work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
